Before You Book

To make sure every appointment runs smoothly and safely, we ask that all clients review the following before booking.

What to Know:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service

  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules and allow a 5-minute grace period

  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 5 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit

  • Brazilian waxing is available to clients 18 years and older only

  • For safety reasons, our treatment table supports a maximum weight of 300 pounds
